Membership Officer


  • Manage membership enquiries on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure membership system is correctly configured for shows and other associated discounts
  • Monitor & report membership levels during the course of the year
  • Liaise with the other members of the Steering Committee
  • Provide input on ways to improve the membership experience
  • Formulate ideas for how membership levels can be maintained and improved.

Skills & Attitude

  • Good communicator
  • Enjoy dealing with people
  • Computer literate - please note - full training will be given on the memberpress system but ideally you will be computer literate as far as Microsoft Word, Excel and email is concerned.
  • Be passionate about green laning and the values that ATUK stand for
  • Be an existing paid-up member of ATUK


  • 2-3 hours a week maximum, with routine enquires not taking more than 1 hour per week.
  • Attendance of quarterly management meeting (approx. 2-3 hours max).
