Membership Officer
Responsibilities
- Manage membership enquiries on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure membership system is correctly configured for shows and other associated discounts
- Monitor & report membership levels during the course of the year
- Liaise with the other members of the Steering Committee
- Provide input on ways to improve the membership experience
- Formulate ideas for how membership levels can be maintained and improved.
Skills & Attitude
- Good communicator
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Computer literate - please note - full training will be given on the memberpress system but ideally you will be computer literate as far as Microsoft Word, Excel and email is concerned.
- Be passionate about green laning and the values that ATUK stand for
- Be an existing paid-up member of ATUK
Commitment
- 2-3 hours a week maximum, with routine enquires not taking more than 1 hour per week.
- Attendance of quarterly management meeting (approx. 2-3 hours max).
